Skinner Sweet tattoo = free American Vampire for life?!


Just over a year ago, Scott Snyder (the creator of American Vampire) put out a tweet (which I think was supposed to be a joke) saying something along the lines of:

“If anyone gets a Skinner Sweet tattoo I’ll send them American Vampire free for life”


I instantly replied to this with a twitpic, cause I already had a tattoo of Skinner.

After a direct message conversation and a couple of weeks of impatiently waiting, I had been sent my first shipment from Scott, which included about 5 of the monthlys personally signed (most importantly #1 as seen here) two of the hardcovers and a massive poster I’m yet to get framed.

Totally blown away at the generosity, as all I was expecting was a retweet.  


The tattoo is the variant cover of issue #6 by Rafael Grampa.  This photo obviously doesn’t do it justice.  It was done at No Regrets in Gloucester by Sass Obuhov.
